Our Process
General Workflow Structure:
We work with a variety of clients from companies to individuals. However, the workflow on our end is relatively the same. We go through a general onboarding process with every client where we set up a consultation, discuss the client’s needs, give you a price estimate, and develop a content strategy. After that, the client is put into our production pipeline. We currently use Mural to track our progress, which is being used throughout the professional film industry and implemented into the workflow of various Netflix TV Shows.
In our redacted image above, you can see how projects are moved from the “upcoming” section to an editor’s pipeline depending on when they need finished and how our current workload is spread out. From here videos are queued up and begin moving through the pipeline in a zigzag pattern, going through initial passes and reviews to make sure the video never veers in the wrong direction. Something to note here is even though a video is assigned to an editor at the start, it can leap vertically to another editor’s pipeline when needed. This way, if one of our editors gets sick or has technical issues, someone else can pick it up to make sure you get your videos on time.
What About Revisions?
So, you’re a perfectionist. Don’t worry, we are too. Some clients have a very clear view of what they want, whereas others leave creative freedom to us. Generally, videos don’t need to go through too many revisions after reaching the client. However, we are happy to go back and forth until we reach a product you’re happy with.
But what if my project is different ?
Don’t worry, we’re adaptable. We’ve done long-from content, website banners, thumbnails, TikToks, productions, product photography and more. We understand that every client will have different needs. Even within video editing projects can look drastically different; just look at the timelines below! And if your project really is something we’ve never done before, we may still take it or be able to refer you to someone else, so don’t be afraid to reach out.
